I spent years watching brilliant colleagues deliver brilliant medicine inside a system designed to prevent it. Insurance barriers determined who got care and when. Appointments were capped at 15 minutes — not because that's enough time to understand someone's health, but because the billing model demanded it. Patients with complex cardiovascular histories were reduced to a chief complaint and a prescription.
I'm building ElinMed because I believe cardiology should be different. No insurance gatekeeping. No rushed visits. Enough time to actually get to know you — your history, your goals, your risk factors, your life. And the convenience of accessing expert cardiac care from wherever you are in New York. That is the practice I am building. That is ElinMed.

Your first visit is a full hour. Dr. Nyange will review your complete cardiac history, current concerns, lifestyle, risk factors, and goals — not just today's chief complaint.

Advanced Testing & Risk Assessment
Where appropriate, Dr. Nyange will order advanced biomarkers — ApoB, Lp(a), CAC scoring, metabolic panels — to build a complete picture of your cardiovascular health.

Coordinated Labs & Cardiac Diagnostics
When bloodwork or cardiac diagnostic testing is needed, Dr. Nyange coordinates referrals directly — including advanced lipid panels, metabolic labs, echocardiography, nuclear stress testing, and other cardiac imaging. You'll receive clear instructions on where to go and what to expect, so nothing falls through the cracks.

ElinMed is a cash-pay practice. Payment is due at time of service. A detailed superbill is provided after each visit so you can seek reimbursement from your insurer — coverage is not guaranteed.
